We'll Help You Find a Path Forward.

A major remodel or custom build is one of the largest investments a homeowner makes. Paying out of pocket isn't always the right move — and for many homeowners, financing a project makes strong financial sense when it increases home value or addresses a time-sensitive need.

We work with homeowners at all stages of the financing process. Whether you have a plan in place or are just starting to explore options, we can have an honest conversation about what's realistic for your project and connect you with resources to move forward.

Home Equity Loan (HEL)

Borrow a fixed amount against the equity in your home at a fixed interest rate. Predictable monthly payments make budgeting straightforward. Typically used for defined-scope projects with a set cost.

Home Equity Line of Credit (HELOC)

A revolving credit line secured by your home's equity. Draw funds as needed during the project. Often used for larger renovations where costs are phased. Rates are typically variable.

Construction Loan

Short-term financing designed specifically for new home builds. Funds are released in draws as construction milestones are completed. Often converts to a traditional mortgage at project completion.

FHA 203(k) Rehabilitation Loan

A government-backed loan that combines your home purchase (or refinance) with the cost of renovations into a single mortgage. Subject to FHA requirements and lender qualification standards.

Cash-Out Refinance

Refinance your existing mortgage for more than you owe and take the difference in cash to fund your project. Makes sense when refinancing at a lower rate than your current mortgage.

Personal / Contractor Financing

Some lenders offer unsecured personal loans or contractor-specific financing programs for home improvement. Terms vary widely — we can discuss what options we currently have available for qualified clients.

How We Work With You

We don't push homeowners toward financing they don't need, and we don't pretend to be lenders. What we do is build transparent, itemized budgets so you know exactly what you're financing — and we'll work with your lender to provide the documentation they need.

If you're not sure where to start, bring it up in your consultation. We've helped clients navigate the financing conversation many times and can point you toward the right questions to ask your bank or lender.

Have Questions?

The best next step is a direct conversation. We'll talk through your project, build a realistic budget, and discuss financing from there.
